小七的故事 Seven's Story:
This time we would like to introduce a boy that loves to cuddle, Seven.
Seven is a black mixed-dog, found outside of a 7-Eleven and brought back to the TSPCA. Then, he was about 3 months old and alone, not knowing where his mother was. Fearful of people, he would not leave and could only rely on the store employees or people in the street to provide canned food.
After TSPCA rescued him from the streets, he was taken to the vet hospital for a health check and deworming. He is now a healthy little pup, full of energy, but Seven has been waiting for more than 2 years for someone to adopt him.
Seven is a little timid at first, perhaps because he was abandoned by or got lost from his mother at a young age. He wandered the noisy city with loud cars and huge crowds all by himself, leaving him easily frightened. When he first meets someone he doesn’t know, he may start to bark, but he will not attack. He is simply more frightened than most dogs. His barking decreases the anxiety he feels when he is unfamiliar with someone. He is a lovely little puppy as long as you are willing to spend time with him – it is definitely easy to see his progress as he gets to know you.
Seven is now two years old. He is really active and curious about many things, full of energy the whole day. We sometimes wonder if he has an electric motor in his body!
If you are a person who likes outdoor activities, Seven will be a great companion for you. Take him everywhere and watch him run around and act silly.
If you enjoy cuddles, Seven will be perfect for you, as he loves to crawl on to your lap while you’re using the computer or watching TV and falls asleep in your arms.
Now, he is living in Taipei with a temporary foster, waiting for someone who can provide a permanent home. We hope that someone can adopt him as soon as possible.
