ACRES is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare. Six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.

The Nippon SPCA is the local organization of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Founded by Akiko Fujimura in 2009, the NSPCA has set longterm goals to prompt the Japanese government to change its policies concerning animal welfare. At present, Japanese animal welfare laws do more to protect the pet industry than pets themselves, and, most shockingly, result in almost 400,000 dogs and cats a year being put to death by CO2 gas asphyxiation. Please join us to make our voices heard by officials so we can stop this shameful practice and bring out positive change for the animals that we love.

Blue Cross of Hyderabad is a voluntary organization that works for the welfare of animals in Hyderabad, India. Founded in 1992 by film stars Nagarjuna & Amala Akkineni and supported by like-minded animal lovers, Blue Cross has extended help to over 300,000 sick, injured and abused animals and birds till date.

The Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre (BSBCC) was founded in Sabah, Malaysia in 2008 as a two-stage effort to provide for the care, rehabilitation and release of orphaned and captive sun bears, as well as address the lack of knowledge and awareness of this little-known bear both in Malaysia and internationally. 

Compassion in World Farming was founded over 40 years ago in 1967 by a British farmer who became horrified by the development of modern, intensive factory farming.

Today we campaign peacefully to end all cruel factory farming practices. We believe that the biggest cause of cruelty on the planet deserves a focused, specialised approach – so we only work on farm animal welfare.

PETA Asia-Pacific is an affiliate of PETA US, the world's largest animal rights organization, which has more than 1.6 million members and supporters around the world. PETA Asia-Pacific and its affiliates are dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals. PETA Asia-Pacific operates under the simple principle that animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, or use for entertainment. PETA focuses its attention on the four areas in which the largest numbers of animals suffer the most intensely for the longest periods of time: in factory farms, laboratories, the clothing trade, and the entertainment industry. We also work on a variety of other issues, including the cruel killing of birds, and other "pests."

Roots & Shoots engages and inspires youth through community service and service learning. Founded by famous Primatologist and UN Messenger of Peace, Dr. Jane Goodall, this global program emphasizes the principle that knowledge leads to compassion.

The RSPCA - The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - is Australia's pre-eminent animal welfare organisation. We provide a strong voice for animals experiencing cruelty and neglect. The RSPCA is not a government agency and receives only a very small amount of funding from the Government. We rely on the generosity of the community and our own fundraising initiatives to fund our vital work. The RSPCA is committed to the care and welfare of animals, providing extensive professional facilities, including fully equipped veterinary hospitals and our state-wide shelter network, with approximately 400 staff across NSW to care for animals.
