Xiao Bi's Story
From a Life Behind Bars to a Life of Freedom Xiao Bi was rescued from an animal welfare case at a leisure farm in Kaohsiung, where many animals were found living in poor conditions. For most of her life, she was confined to a cold metal cage. Her nails had grown so long that they curled into her paw pads, and she never had the chance to run freely on grass or simply enjoy the world outside. Thanks to the efforts of animal welfare organizations and the local authorities, Xiao Bi was finally rescued and given a second chance at life. A Gentle Giant with the Softest Heart Many dogs rescued from neglect become fearful or cautious around people—but Xiao Bi is the complete opposite. She is cheerful, optimistic, and absolutely, completely in love with people. Despite her large size, she is incredibly gentle. She never jumps on people or mouths with her teeth. Instead of rough play, she loves leaning against you for cuddles. Instead of racing around, she enjoys taking slow walks and sniffing every interesting scent she finds. She truly has the heart of a gentle giant. The Only Dog Who Thinks the Vet Is the Best Place Ever Most dogs dislike going to the veterinary clinic. Not Xiao Bi. To her, every vet visit is simply an opportunity to receive endless hugs and pets. Blood draw? "Someone is hugging me!" Physical examination? "A full-body massage!" While the veterinarian is writing notes, she'll gently rest her head on their lap, hoping for a few more scratches. Her love for people shines through in everything she does. Her Only "Flaw"? If Xiao Bi has one weakness, it's that she gets so happy that her tail never stops wagging. And because she's a big girl, that enthusiastic tail can accidentally give you a surprisingly powerful smack! Meet Xiao Bi — A Gentle Giant Looking for a Family People often assume that large dogs are intimidating, but Xiao Bi proves the exact opposite. She is calm, affectionate, endlessly forgiving, and overflowing with love for people despite everything she has experienced. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a huge heart, Xiao Bi is ready to fill your home—and your life—with more love than you ever imagined. ❤️
